What You'll Do

  1. Develop user frequency operation strategies and oversee order penetration in these scenarios. Our operational tactics include, but are not limited to, category campaigns, scenario operations, and marketing gameplay.
  2. Identify operational opportunities through market analysis and user demand insights, devise innovative marketing strategies tailored to the local market, and continually update and improve our marketing tools.
  3. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet key targets.
  4. Generate insightful marketing ideas and create popular case studies.
  5. Coordinate with Marketing, B-end, D-end, and product teams to ensure efficient implementation and take responsibility for project outcomes.

What We Need From You

  1. Strong strategic skills, good communication and understanding abilities. SQL experience is a plus.
  2. Ability to manage complex projects, with experience in activity planning and project management.
  3. Experience in managing merchant marketing activities and traffic operations. Experience in executing large-scale integrated marketing projects is highly desirable. Candidates should also have strong market insight and innovative thinking, with the ability to explore new business models based on business understanding.
