Job summary

EGO Anti-Age Medical Center in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant with a track record in delivering marketing campaigns. You will coordinate campaigns, content production, and brand promotion, while managing creative contractors and optimizing digital channels.

This role offers growth toward Marketing Specialist based on results. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of marketing experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with proven campaigns.
• Portfolio or examples of successful brand promotion.
• Experience coordinating creative professionals (videographers, photographers, designers).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content production.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).
• Excellent English communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

About Us

EGO is a premium medical aesthetics clinic in Doha, specializing in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and personalized skin treatment plans.

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant with previous marketing experience who is ready to take responsibility for coordinating and developing our marketing activities.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with practical experience and a proven portfolio, with the opportunity to progress to Marketing Specialist based on demonstrated results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, content production, and brand promotion.
• Manage freelance videographers, photographers, designers, and other contractors.
• Organize professional video shoots, prepare briefs, and ensure content meets our brand standards.
• Coordinate Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing activities.
• Support the development and promotion of our website, online aesthetic assessments, and skincare store.
• Research competitors, marketing trends, and new client acquisition opportunities in Qatar.
• Monitor campaign results, inquiries, bookings, and marketing performance.
• Actively use AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing efficiency.
• Work directly with clinic management to implement marketing projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven experience promoting brands, supported by a portfolio or examples of successful campaigns.
• Experience coordinating videographers and other creative professionals.
• Understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing, and content production.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Currently based in Qatar.

Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, skincare, healthcare, or premium brands is a strong advantage.
