Job description

The incumbent will assist the Section Head in achieving the objectives defined for the Structured Finance & Syndication vertical under the Corporate Finance & Advisory function. The incumbent will monitor and manage the team for achieving profitability / P&L targets, and service delivery to meet structured finance needs of corporate clients through loan advisory, lending, project finance, factoring, syndications, and securitization services, as applicable. The job holder will manage ECM / DCM / M&A in alliance with the selected and respective Investment Banks, as and when needed / directed. The jobholder will oversee to ensure close liaison with the Treasury / IBG / Risk and other functions in support of business enhancement / customer retention efforts and enhanced service delivery.
