Qualifications

• Fluent in Malayalam language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by welcoming guests, addressing their needs and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the quality standards of the hotel.
• Manage budgets and expenses to ensure profitability of the hotel.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to provide excellent service to guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions to attract more customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of all areas within the hotel premises.
