Job summary

Raffles & Fairmont Doha invites you to join our luxury team as a Kids Club Attendant, delivering safe, engaging experiences for children and families while upholding the hotel’s highest service standards.

You will supervise activities, coordinate with departments, and communicate with parents, ensuring safeguarding and a memorable stay for young guests.

Requires experience in childcare, English proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a premium hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in childcare, Kids Club, recreation, education or hospitality.
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Recreation or related field is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of child safety, hygiene and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children and families warmly and professionally.
• Supervise children at all times and ensure their safety and well-being.
• Organize age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, storytelling and recreational activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children’s activities, needs and concerns.
• Follow child safeguarding, health, hygiene and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized Kids Club environment.
• Ensure toys, games and activity equipment are clean, safe and properly maintained.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
