Kempinski Doha invites a Marketing Intern to join the Sales & Marketing team. You will support promotional campaigns, digital activities, content creation, social media coordination, and brand activations aligned with Kempinski's luxury standards to boost brand awareness and drive revenue.

Inspired candidates will collaborate across hotel outlets, events, and departments, participate in meetings and training, and contribute to a dynamic, professional work environment in Doha.

Aufgaben

• Deliver courteous, professional, and efficient support across marketing and communications.
• Assist in drafting creative copy, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional announcements for hotel outlets, rooms, spa, and events.
• Support the creation and scheduling of daily/weekly content across official digital and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Assist with the coordination of on-property photo and video shoots, media visits, influencer collaborations, and promotional events.
• Help monitor brand compliance across digital platforms, third-party listings, printed collateral, and on-property signage.
• Maintain and organize the marketing department's digital media library, including high-resolution imagery, brand logos, press clippings, and video assets.
• Track, review, and report on social media metrics, marketing campaigns, and competitor marketing activities.
• Assist with preparing and coordinating promotional collaterals for Food & Beverage, Spa, Rooms, and Banqueting promotions.
• Ensure all assigned workspaces, files, and project schedules are kept organized, current, and accessible.
• Maintain a good rapport and effective working relationships with colleagues across all hotel departments and corporate teams.
• Attend and contribute to departmental meetings, marketing briefings, and hotel-initiated training sessions.
• Undertake reasonable administrative tasks, ad-hoc projects, and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.
• Project a positive, proactive, and creative attitude while exercising professionalism and self-control at all times.
