Job summary

Flyper in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager (Pakistani Nationals Only) to oversee all hotel operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

You will lead front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, manage budgeting and forecasts, and develop staff while ensuring compliance with standards. Pakistani nationality, strong English, and 5+ years in luxury hotels are required.

Qualifications

• Pakistani national
• Minimum 5 years in a luxury hotel as Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager
• Strong leadership to manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, revenue management and cost control

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and profitability
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to guest experience
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures
