Rosewood Doha is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive the hotel’s online presence and performance. You will plan and execute comprehensive digital campaigns, manage social channels with a creative approach, and analyze data to optimize ROI across multiple channels.

The role involves teamwork with writers and marketing stakeholders, maintaining brand consistency, and mentoring a Marketing Executive to elevate capabilities in a luxury hospitality setting in Doha.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Create and maintain Rosewood Doha’s social media presence in an innovative and creative manner.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the digital user experience to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Mentor Digital Marketing Executive to enhance skills and improve performance.
