Job summary

Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som in Qatar seeks a passionate Front Office Manager to lead front office operations, guest services, and team development within a luxury wellness destination.

You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize revenue, and collaborate across departments to maintain service excellence in a demanding, premium environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in front office, leadership experience in luxury hospitality, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or related discipline preferred.
• 4–6 years in Front Office operations, with 2–3 years in leadership in luxury settings.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office systems and hospitality tech platforms.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and service excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining the highest hospitality standards and resolving concerns promptly.
• Develop, coach and manage Front Office team; foster positive, collaborative environment.
• Set departmental goals and ensure objectives and performance standards are met.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of Front Office staff.
