Job summary

Ecojob in Al-Rayyan, Qatar seeks a Housekeeping Assistant for our luxury hotel. Egyptian nationals preferred; no English requirement. You will perform cleaning and restock linens while maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment.

We value safety, guest service, and teamwork. Shifts include weekends/holidays; on-the-job training is provided. Note: housing is not included; applicants must arrange accommodation.

Qualifications

• Must be Egyptian national with biometric passport
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting guest rooms and common areas
• Ensure rooms are stocked with clean linens and amenities
• Assist in inventory of supplies and report shortages to management
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures at all times
