The Office Boy is responsible for performing various support tasks to maintain the office's day-to-day operations. They are tasked with ensuring cleanliness, organizing materials, and supporting staff with administrative or operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Cleaning and Maintenance:
    Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and taking care of waste disposal.
    Maintain cleanliness in common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
  2. Errands and Delivery:
    Run errands such as delivering documents, messages, or office supplies to various departments or external locations.
    Assist with mailing and courier services, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
  3. Support for Office Staff:
    Provide support to office staff with tasks like photocopying, printing, and organizing files or documents.
    Help in organizing meetings and arranging refreshments for visitors or staff.
  4. Managing Office Supplies:
    Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, printer paper, etc.).
    Inform the office manager or relevant personnel when the stock is low.
  5. Setting Up for Meetings:
    Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring that chairs, tables, and presentation equipment are ready.
    Set up refreshments for meetings when required.
  6. Assisting with Administrative Tasks:
    Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents and records.
    Help in other clerical tasks as directed by the office manager or other senior staff.
  7. Handling Refreshments:
    Serve tea, coffee, or other refreshments to employees or visitors.
