Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Loader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Indian nationality preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks.
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Monitor the quality of loaded goods to ensure they meet company standards.
• Train new loaders and provide guidance to existing ones.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded goods, including weight, quantity, and destination.
• Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
• Identify areas for improvement in loading processes and implement solutions.
