Job summary

EuroTech in Al-Rayyan, Qatar seeks a Loader Supervisor to oversee a team of loaders and ensure safe, efficient loading of goods. You will coordinate with truck drivers, monitor operations for safety compliance, and manage paperwork and inventory communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics or transportation, loader supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for handling goods and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise a team of loaders to ensure efficient loading processes.
• Coordinate with truck drivers to schedule loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure that all goods are properly loaded and secured.
• Monitor loading operations to ensure safety standards are met.
• Inspect equipment and report issues to management.
• Track inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff for restocking.
• Maintain records of loaded goods and complete required paperwork.
• Address customer complaints related to loading activities.
