Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. To submit license applications via e-portal for fundraising, implementation & completion of foreign projects.
  2. To submit license applications via e-portal for fundraising & completion of local assistance projects.
  3. To submit applications for money transfer approvals.
  4. To submit applications for approval/re-approval of local & foreign partners.
  5. To submit applications for approval/re-approval of foreign offices.
  6. To submit applications for employment approvals for managerial positions (general & executive directors) & heads of foreign offices/programs.
  7. To follow up with relevant departments on regular reports for receipt & submission to RACA.
  8. To follow up on license application, insertion in records & regular updating.
  9. To receive & process RACA feedback on license applications/money transfers.
  10. To undertake license-related correspondence drafting, submission to CMS & follow-up.
  11. To conduct precautionary inspection as per RACA instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations or equivalent.
  • Professional certification or training courses in the field & effective communication skills.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of practical experience in the field.
  • Good command of Arabic, with good command of English preferable.
