The role requires excellent negotiation, communication, and tenant-relations skills, with full-time, in-person work and a commission-based compensation structure. Local candidates residing in Qatar are preferred.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only, local to Qatar.
• Proven track record in rental leasing or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and tenant-relations capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand tenants' lifestyle and budget to match listings.
• Conduct property showings highlighting features and nearby benefits.
• Facilitate lease negotiations between landlords and tenants.
• Guide clients through rental applications, contracts, move-in procedures.
• Maintain listings and build relationships with property owners.
