Job summary

Byron Recruitment is seeking a Learning Support/SEN Teacher for an international school in Doha, Qatar. You will support diverse learners to achieve strong academic outcomes in an inclusive and engaging environment.

You will plan adaptive lessons, assess progress, and collaborate with staff while maintaining strong communication with parents and safeguarding the wellbeing of students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject area.
• Recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet curriculum standards and support student progress.
• Create a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and respect.
• Assess student learning regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of different learners.
• Track student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
