Job summary

MACH CONSULTANTS is seeking an experienced Linux Administrator to own Day-2 RHEL operations across multiple enterprise environments in Doha. You will perform patching, performance tuning, kernel configuration, and health monitoring while managing RBAC, SSH keys, and AD integration.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience administering enterprise RHEL environments.
• RHCSA or RHCE certification mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/Cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Day-2 RHEL operations across multiple enterprise environments.
• Perform patch management, system performance tuning, kernel configuration, and health monitoring.
• Manage RHEL domain integration, RBAC, SSH key management, and Active Directory integration.
• Implement Linux security hardening using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
• Support vulnerability management, SIEM/ELK log auditing, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop automation using Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
• Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
