Job summary

EnerMech is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Pre-Commissioning to lead the safe and successful delivery of specialist pre-commissioning projects within the oil and gas sector.

The role will oversee project planning, mobilisation, technical execution, resource management, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing pre-commissioning projects within oil and gas.
• Strong understanding of pre-commissioning methodologies, systems and services.
• Experience on onshore and/or offshore facilities.
• Experience delivering complex pre-commissioning scopes on new-build, brownfield or major capital projects.
• Strong planning, commercial management and leadership capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of HSE requirements and operational risk management.
• Engineering qualification or relevant technical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of pre-commissioning projects.
• Oversee activities including system cleaning, chemical cleaning, flushing, hydrotesting, drying, nitrogen services and associated specialist operations.
• Coordinate project personnel, specialist equipment, subcontractors and mobilisation.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, execution plans and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards and EnerMech's QHSE procedures.
• Monitor project costs, progress, variations and commercial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership to project and site teams.
