Job summary

PPOAR in Al-Khor, Qatar is seeking a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons on our construction sites. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise masonry work to ensure timely completion and high quality.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of masonry experience, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of materials and safety regulations. Accommodation is not provided; relocation may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in masonry work.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of different types of materials used in masonry work.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
• Biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to masons as needed.
• Coordinate with other tradespeople on the construction site to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Order materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Train new masons as needed.
