Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods.
• Ability to read plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physically fit with good manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of masons and other construction workers.
• Ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

• Train and mentor new masons on proper techniques and procedures.
