Job summary

India Abroad in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a Gardener Supervisor to oversee garden maintenance across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of gardeners, schedule daily tasks, monitor plant health, manage inventory, train staff and ensure safety while delivering high-quality landscapes.

Accommodation is provided; the role requires at least 5 years in a similar role and strong communication with clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Gardener/Gardener Supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, soil management, irrigation, pests, and fertilization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of gardeners and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the gardening team.
• Monitor plant health and recommend care actions.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Train new employees on gardening techniques.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Communicate with clients to understand gardening needs.
• Create work schedules based on client requirements and seasons.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure gardens meet expectations.
• Provide guidance on landscape design and improvements.
