Qualifications

• Previous experience as Gardener or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of plants, their care requirements, and seasonal growth patterns.
• Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good physical stamina.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues with plant health.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client preferences and seasonal changes.
• Monitor plant health and identify diseases or pests, taking necessary steps to treat or remove affected plants.
• Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain desired shape and size.
• Install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants.
• Use gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens.
• Design new landscape layouts based on client requests or project objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects within given timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces by removing weeds, leaves, debris, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients in a professional manner.
