Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Florist or similar role.
• Good knowledge of different types of flowers.
• Creative flair with a good eye for design.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail when handling delicate items.

Responsibilities

• Design floral arrangements using fresh, dried, or silk flowers according to customer specifications.
• Unpacking orders of fresh flowers and arranging them into attractive bouquets.
• Preparing custom orders for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, corporate events etc.
• Keeping the store clean and tidy at all times.
• Advising customers on which type of flower arrangement best suits their needs.
• Identifying wilted or dying flowers in the store and replacing them as needed.
• Maintaining accurate records of stock levels in the store.
