Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads and pastries, including doughs, fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating.
• Review Production sheet to understand variety of baked goods and follow recipes.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain kitchen logs for food safety program compliance.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Ensure uniform and professional appearance and follow safety and hygiene policies.
