The Role The Lead Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing audits to ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices. This role involves managing audit teams, reporting findings, and recommending corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and risk management.

Responsibilities
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Develop and implement audit plans and schedules.
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Identify key audit areas and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Conduct internal and external audits across departments or suppliers.
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Ensure audits are completed within budget and timelines.
  • Compliance & Risk Assessment: Evaluate adherence to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
  • Compliance & Risk Assessment: Assess internal controls using a risk-based approach.
  • Compliance & Risk Assessment: Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Reporting & Communication: Communicate audit objectives, scope, and results clearly.
  • Reporting & Communication: Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support process optimization and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
