Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high-quality and prompt laundry service is delivered to guests at all times.
2. Check guest garments prior to processing.
3. Report any stains or damages on guest garments to the relevant authority before processing.
4. Tag all guest garments and mark them for processing in the machine.
5. Use the correct methods and formulas for guest laundry washing processes.
6. Thoroughly check dry cleaning items and remove stains before placing them into the dry cleaning machine.
7. Ensure all laundry items are properly packed before delivery to guests.
8. Maintain high-quality presentation of garments before delivery.
9. Sort soiled linens into different wash loads.
10. Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
11. Work with precision to achieve the best results and quality of work.
12. Properly care for and manage laundry equipment, including flat irons.
13. Feed food & beverage linens into the flat iron.
14. Fold bed sheets and towels according to hotel standards.
15. Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
16. Be familiar with fire and safety procedures and adhere to them.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
2. Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping (preferred).
3. Ability to operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Knowledge of detergents, stain removal, and fabric care.
5. Physical ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
6. Good time management and attention to detail.
7. Basic communication skills; ability to read instructions.
8. Age between 22 to 35 years.
