Job Description

As a Kids Club Attendant, you should be passionate and ambitious about your work. • Provide a sincere and loving attitude towards children, showing patience and concern for their wellbeing, and handle any situation calmly and sensibly.
• Keep the play area safe and hazard-free while monitoring children consistently throughout the day.
• Regularly clean play equipment, games, and toys to ensure safety and attractiveness.
• Maintain individual records for each child, including behavior, daily activities, meals, medications, and other important details. Discuss this information with parents daily.
• Create daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate, fun, and engaging, encouraging full participation from each child.
• Participate in learning activities with children, such as reading, arts and crafts, music, and singing.
• Complete administrative tasks, including signing children in and out and recording their details and any special needs.
• Comply with all health, safety, and security regulations and procedures.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to difficult or emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Kids Club Attendant.
• Excellent listening skills, with a fun and engaging personality.
• Caring, compassionate, and patient.
• Skilled in developing and leading children in fun learning activities.
• Good command of English.
