PPOAR in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking an entry level Petroleum Engineer to join our team and work under guidance from experienced engineers on petroleum extraction and production projects. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers starting a career in the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities include well planning, data collection, reservoir analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production while complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English; Malayalam knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with petroleum engineering software such as Petrel or Eclipse.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsabilités

• Assist with well planning and design, including drilling and completion programs.
• Support data collection and analysis for reservoir characterization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize production strategies.
• Monitor well performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct economic evaluations for new projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
