Qualifications

Junior Petroleum Engineer

As a Junior Petroleum Engineer, you will play an integral role in the exploration, drilling, and production of oil and gas resources. You will work closely with senior engineers to analyze data, design and implement well plans, and monitor production processes. Your responsibilities will also include conducting field studies and providing technical support to various projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering software
• Knowledge of drilling techniques and equipment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Previous internship or co-op experience in the oil and gas industry
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
• Experience with reservoir simulation software

Location

This position is located in Lusail, Qatar.

Salary

Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month.
