Job Description:

Industries Qatar (IQ), one of the region’s largest and most reputable industrial conglomerates, is seeking reliable and hardworking Factory Workers to join their production team in Doha. This role involves assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality control of industrial products in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and production line equipment
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist supervisors and team leads with day-to-day production tasks

Education & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is an advantage
