Job summary

Arab Solutions is seeking an ITSM specialist to align IT services with business objectives using best practices. The role requires hands-on experience with APIs, Linux/Windows CLI, virtualization, and scripting (Python, JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell).

You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON, and Oracle PostgreSQL; familiarity with OpenText Ops Bridge is essential. You will collaborate with Product Support and R&D, document technical designs, and ensure high-availability configurations

Key accountabilities

• Experience qualifications and skills
• Experience Preparing Solution design document Requirement traceability Matrix As-build and Test Plans document
• Take ownership of the deliverables as per effort estimation and lead to deliver and close the project with a team
• Strong skills in APIs Linux CLI Windows CLI and Virtualization
• Hands-on experience in any one of scripting - Python JavaScript Shell scripting PowerShell scripting etc
• Understanding of how to use REST SOAP API concept of XML and JSON
• Experience in deploying and integrating OpenText Formerly Micro Focus Ops Bridge suite of products independently
• Expert in Ops Bridge suite of products with in-depth hands-on experience of at least 2-3 products in Ops Bridge suite
• Configure High Availability SSL SSO for Ops Bridge Suite of Products
• Conduct product Knowledge Transfer session with the end customer
• Unix RHEL and windows OS knowledge and experience
• Experience on PostgreSQL
• Experience in working with Product Support and R amp D for product related issues
• Demonstrated technical documentation skills - technical documentation solution design release notes user guides test plans test results summary document etc
• Skills sMax Rules Libraries UCMDB CMDB sMax Kubernetes ITIL
