Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced IT Middleware & Integration Lead to drive design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions at scale. The role focuses on IBM ACE, MQ, Kafka, and API-driven architectures, with leadership of a 5+ person middleware team.

You will collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and vendors, translating business needs into secure, scalable integrations across cloud, containerized environments, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of middleware/enterprise integration experience.
• Hands-on IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) experience.
• Experience with IBM MQ and/or Apache Kafka.
• Strong knowledge of Java and microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST/HTTP, messaging, Pub/Sub, and integration patterns.
• Exposure to Azure/AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and API Gateways.
• Strong technical leadership and team management skills.
• Banking/BFSI experience is highly preferred.
• Open Banking and BIAN standards knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE.
• Manage middleware platforms including IBM ACE, IBM MQ, and Apache Kafka.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, messaging, Pub/Sub, and HTTP integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
• Lead the complete integration lifecycle from requirements/design to deployment and production support.
• Mentor a middleware team of 5+ resources.
• Perform code reviews and ensure SDLC standards.
• Prepare HLD, LLD, technical docs, and architecture artifacts.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, application teams, and vendors.

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using IBM ACE.
• Manage middleware platforms including IBM ACE, IBM MQ, and Apache Kafka.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, messaging, Pub/Sub, and HTTP-based integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Lead the complete integration lifecycle from requirements and design through deployment and production support.
• Manage and mentor a middleware team of 5+ resources.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development, quality, and SDLC standards.
• Prepare HLD, LLD, technical documentation, and architecture artifacts.
• Work with Java, Spring, CI/CD, GitOps, cloud, containerization, and API Gateway technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, application teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in Middleware / Enterprise Integration.
