Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group, a prominent player in Qatar’s real estate and hospitality sectors, is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Technician to join its technical support team. This role involves maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems across all departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance
• Set up user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
• Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data recovery
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions

Education & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technician roles
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, basic networking, and IT security
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
