Job summary

Qatar Foundation seeks an IRB and Research Access Lead to oversee Institutional Review Board processes, coordinate with committee members, and drive the research access workflow from intake to approval.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 6–8 years of compliance or regulatory affairs experience, and CIP certification. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent writing skills are essential; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and CIP certification.
• Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or human research.
• Excellent writing and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IRB processes and committee scheduling, minutes, and records.
• Coordinate initial reviews, continuing reviews, and adverse event reporting.
• Ensure timely review of protocols and informed consent documents for compliance.
• Maintain document control policies and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Guide and supervise the research office team on research processes.
