Qualifications

• Hold a doctorate degree in the field of Political Science.
• Demonstrate a track record of scientific research and publications in their field of specialization and related areas in international peer-reviewed journals that align with their academic rank.
• Possess competence and experience in graduate-level teaching.
• Exhibit proficiency in the Arabic language.
• Be capable of attracting external support and funding for research.
• Be willing to engage in collaborative, interdisciplinary research with other members of the program and/or institute.
• Have the potential to build a global reputation in specialized research fields.

Responsibilities

• Teach advanced graduate-level courses in International Relations.
• Supervise master's and doctoral theses.
• Contribute to development of the program's research environment.
• Participate in admissions and program development committees.
• Publish in internationally peer-reviewed journals.
