Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar seeks an experienced Operations leader to own end-to-end performance across international markets. You will build dashboards and reports for real-time visibility, define standardized KPIs, and lead cross-market process improvements in collaboration with Product and Engineering to translate data into actionable initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in operations with multi-market exposure and strong analytics using BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proven track record managing metrics and improving performance.
• Experience writing PRDs and collaborating with Product/Engineering.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Own end-to-end tracking of operational metrics across all international markets; ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports for real-time visibility into international market performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Establish standardized KPIs and benchmarks across international markets aligned with Snoonu's operational objectives.
• Lead process improvement initiatives - identify inefficiencies, design optimized workflows, implement scalable solutions.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with market leads to assess performance, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify product gaps specific to international markets by analyzing operational pain points, market requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Write and prioritize product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for features impacting international operations - localization, payment methods, vendor tools, market-specific workflows.
• Act as the primary Operations voice in product roadmap discussions for international markets.
• Conduct operational readiness assessments for new product features before deployment to international markets.
• Monitor and measure operational impact of product releases - track adoption, efficiency gains, and areas for iteration.
• Ensure the platform supports multi-market configurations: operating hours, delivery models, pricing structures, regulatory requirements.
• Support new market launches by defining operational playbooks, metrics frameworks, and monitoring systems.
• Identify and implement best practices across markets to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

The Magic You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years in operations management, performance management, process improvement, or product operations - preferably with multi-market exposure.
• Proven experience managing operational metrics and driving performance improvements across multiple markets.
• Experience writing product requirements and working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. Strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).
• Experience in technology, e-commerce, logistics, delivery, or marketplace businesses preferred.
