Job summary

Employment is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist/Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on‑premises environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure, GCP, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365, as well as virtualization and storage technologies.

You will design, deploy, and manage cloud and on‑prem environments, configure networking, and ensure security, availability, and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Windows Server Administration, Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft 365, SQL Server (basic administration), Virtualization technologies, Enterprise Storage Solutions, Networking (Switches, Routers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Monitoring and performance optimization.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Administer cloud services including compute, databases, storage, and PaaS solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Deploy and manage servers, storage systems, and infrastructure components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and support network devices including switches, routers, and related infrastructure.
• Manage cloud and on-premises storage solutions.
• Maintain Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Online/Microsoft 365, and related services.
• Prepare and maintain infrastructure documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
• Ensure infrastructure security, availability, and business continuity.
• Participate in 24/7 operational support and on-call activities when required.
