Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in using CAD software for designing layouts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in production processes
• Develop and implement efficient systems for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma techniques to improve productivity and efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to increase throughput and reduce lead times
• Design layouts for factories or production facilities considering space constraints, workflow, and safety
• Monitor production performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Train staff on new processes or equipment to ensure smooth implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative process optimization solutions
