Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. Our company specializes in providing innovative solutions for industrial processes and systems. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency
• Design and implement new systems or processes to improve productivity
• Conduct time studies and analyze data to determine the most efficient methods for production
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and identify potential issues
• Develop training programs for employees on new systems or processes
• Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments for improvement
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce expenses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools such as AutoCAD, ERP systems, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions based on findings
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus
• Ability to speak Malayalam is preferred but not required
