Industrial Engineer

Overview

We are a leading manufacturing company in Lusail and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and improving efficiency within our factory. You will work closely with production managers and other engineers to identify areas for improvement, implement new systems and processes, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new systems and processes to increase efficiency
• Conduct time studies to determine production rates
• Design layout of equipment, materials, workspaces, etc. for maximum efficiency
• Monitor production data to identify trends or issues and make recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other engineers to troubleshoot issues or improve processes
• Train production staff on new systems or processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of all changes made in the production process

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using CAD software is a plus
