Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process improvement
• Analyze production data and create reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity while reducing costs
• Design layouts for production facilities to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new processes or improvements in existing ones
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted production
• Train staff on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Proficient in using CAD software
