Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the import and export of vehicles.
2. Negotiate contracts with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics providers.
3. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors.
5. Resolve any disputes or issues with suppliers related to vehicle quality, delivery, or documentation.
6. Develop and manage budgets for import and export operations.
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses.
8. Ensure that all imported and exported vehicles meet quality standards and specifications.
9. Prepare regular reports on import/export activities, including shipment status, costs, and compliance issues.
10. Present findings and recommendations to the management.


Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
3. Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
