Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Qatar seeks an experienced Hydraulics Operations Manager to lead and oversee all hydraulic operations across Qatar. You will manage workshop operations, field service, projects, inventory, and team performance while ensuring efficiency, profitability, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• 15+ years of experience in hydraulic systems, service operations, or industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC market is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the hydraulic workshop and field service teams.
• Oversee hydraulic repair, maintenance, overhaul, and installation projects.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support the sales team with technical planning.
• Manage spare parts inventory, tools, equipment, and workshop assets; optimize stock levels.
• Promote safety, quality compliance, and ISO/HSE standards across all operations.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and KPI dashboards; monitor performance and costs.
