Job summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor for an ongoing Gas Lift Project in Qatar. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HVAC supervision in Oil & Gas, with valid QatarEnergy approval and a solid grasp of installation, maintenance, inspection, and project execution requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with construction, engineering, QA/QC teams; supervising installation and testing; ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and safety permit-to-work procedures; and

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Oil & Gas.
• Valid QatarEnergy Approval is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid e-PTW Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Good understanding of project specifications, drawings, and technical standards.
• Excellent supervisory, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HVAC installation, maintenance, and construction activities in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate HVAC activities with construction, engineering, QA/QC, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements.
• Ensure HVAC systems, equipment, and installations meet applicable technical standards and specifications.
• Review drawings, work procedures, and technical documentation related to HVAC activities.
• Ensure proper execution of HVAC installation, testing, and inspection activities.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Identify site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
