Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio showing workflow design, journey mapping, and B2B/enterprise software design.
• UX Research, Design Thinking, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or data‑intensive platforms.
• Experience designing AI/automation workflows is preferred.
• Experience with Product Managers and Engineering teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve end-to-end user journeys and workflows for B2B customers.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.

To design simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS platform. The role will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to simplify complex energy, electrification, and sustainability workflows and turn them into clear and effective digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve end-to-end user journeys and workflows for B2B customers.
• Simplify complex processes, data, and decision-making into intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate product requirements into practical designs.
• Design user experiences for AI-powered and automated workflows, ensuring they are clear, transparent, and easy to use.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research to understand customer needs.
• Develop dashboards and interfaces that present complex operational and financial information clearly.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Communicate design concepts and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow design, journey mapping, and B2B/enterprise software design is highly valued.
• UX Research, Design Thinking, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise applications, or data-intensive platforms.
