Job summary

Mind Stream is seeking an HSE Officer for a brownfield oil and gas operation in Dukhan, Qatar. The role involves administering permit to work (PTW), LOTO, confined space entry, gas testing, and lifting supervision on-site.

You will conduct JHA/risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis, delivering toolbox talks and maintaining HSE documentation to ensure compliance and safety across the project.

Qualifications

• Health and safety awareness across oil & gas operations.
• Experience implementing PTW, LOTO, and gas testing protocols would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of toolbox talks, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with HSE documentation and audits in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer PTW, LOTO, confined space entry, gas testing, and lifting supervision.
• Conduct JHA/risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis, and control measures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and monitor heat stress and emergency response readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reporting.
