Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring an HR Manager for a reputable Health Center in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Qatar labour laws and healthcare industry standards.
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with DHP licensing and healthcare regulations.
- Handle conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace ethics.
- Drive training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
- Support workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the healthcare sector).
- Strong knowledge of Qatar labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare licensing procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
