In this HR Business Partner position

  • Provide guidance to Business Managers and employees for implementation of HR policies and activities
  • Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice, analyzing data trends
  • Coordinate and administer HR processes and policies such as Talent Management & Sourcing, L&D, C&B, Performance Management, etc.
  • Focus on delivery of service to set standards and targets, schedules for all HR process and policies
  • Analyze HR activities to identify issues and areas for process improvements
  • Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/ and procedures and legal requirements/ regulations

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • HR certification

Experience Level

  • Experience more than 2 years
  • Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.
  • Business understanding
  • Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
  • Proven experience of delivery of organizational change projects
