As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department in our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will ensure that our guests receive exceptional housekeeping services while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel
• Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services and smooth operations
