Job summary

Ecojob is seeking a highly organized Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations at a luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. Ideally you have at least 5 years of housekeeping management experience and a proven ability to lead a team.

You will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas and back-of-house spaces, manage inventory and supplies, develop cleaning procedures, and train new staff. Excellent English communication is essential and experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in housekeeping management and be able to effectively manage a team of housekeeping staff. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas, managing inventory and supplies, developing and implementing cleaning procedures, and training new staff. Must have excellent communication skills in English and be able to work well under pressure. Preference for Indian candidates with previous experience in a similar role.
